This notice provides the current list of the Agency’s Electronic Communications Operations Persons (E-COPs) for each program area. The E-COPs procedures are set out in FSIS Directive 1310.1, Electronic Communications Operations Persons (E-COPs).  This notice lists the specific E-COPs for each FSIS program area and the information they are authorized to send to FSIS-All Users via Outlook (e.g., FSIS User Information, Agency Signed Issuances).  FSIS will issue this notice annually or as necessary to provide the current program area E-COPs.
