This Q&A address possible concerns of stakeholders regarding the names of non-traditional pizza-like products and pizzas with modified cheeses. This Q&A supplements the FSIS Guidance on the Elimination of the Pizza with Meat or Sausage Standard Q's & A's. This guidance relates to 9 CFR 317.2(c)(1), 381.117(a), 21 CFR 130.10, and 21 CFR 133.
