The Wornick Company Recalls Beef Ravioli Products Due To Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens

WASHINGTON, June 23, 2017 The Wornick Company, a Cincinnati, Ohio establishment, is recalling approximately 61,538 pounds of beef ravioli products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The product may contain milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
The beef wonton ravioli items were produced on Feb. 22, 2017 and March 28, 2017. The following products are subject to recall: [
FSIS routinely conducts recall effectiveness checks to verify recalling firms notify their customers of the recall and that steps are taken to make certain that the product is no longer available to consumers. When available, the retail distribution list will be posted on the FSIS website at www.fsis.usda.gov/recalls.
