This notice announces the availability of an informational dashboard, posted to IPP Help and to the FSIS Directive 10,000 series: Laboratory Services webpage, specific to FSIS Directive 10,010.1, Sampling Verification Activities for Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) in Raw Beef Products, to enhance usefulness and understanding of the specific directive. FSIS will issue another notice in the future when additional directive-specific dashboards are added to IPP Help and posted to the web page.
