This directive is obsolete in light of FSIS Directive 1232.4, Regulations Development and Clearance, because FSIS Directive 2650.1 primarily covered FSIS' information collection responsibilities as required by the Office of Management and Budget when it was the responsibly of FSIS' Office of Management. The Office of Policy and Program Development (OPPD) now has the responsibilities for information collections. FSIS Directive 1232.4 covers OPPD's information collection responsibilities among other responsibilities related to the development of FSIS regulations.
