The guidance provides common questions and answers about validating the cooking instructions on the labels of uncooked and raw, frozen, breaded, boneless poultry products, in light of outbreaks attributed to such products. It applies to official establishments and other firms that produce and label such poultry products. It relates to 9 CFR 317.2, 381 Subpart N, and 412.
