The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) held a meeting of the full committee via audio conference call that was open to the public. The committee will continue to discuss, and plans to adopt, the document Study of microbiological criteria as indicators of process control or insanitary conditions.
