SUMMARY
The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) will hold a hybrid in-person and virtual public meeting on May 16, 2023. The Committee will provide an update on both the Cyclospora cayetanensis in produce and the Cronobacter spp. in powdered infant formula charges. Concurrent subcommittee meetings will be held on May 16-18, 2023.
The meetings will be held in the USDA South Building, 1400 Independence Ave., SW, Washington, D.C. 20250. In-person attendees should allow adequate time to go through security and room locations will be provided on the day of the meeting. Virtual attendees will be provided details on how to access the full Committee and Subcommittee meetings upon registration. Persons interested in providing comments at the May 16 full Committee session should indicate so when registering. FSIS will do its best to accommodate all registered persons who request to provide verbal comments.
