1. Beef and beef products.
2. Pork and pork products, including pork casings.
3. Fully cooked or heat treated poultry products are exempt from poultry restrictions if heat processed according to the parameters in Poultry Processing requirements.
4. Fresh/frozen poultry and poultry products except as indicated in the Ineligible Section below.
5. Poultry products from the following states per the individual effective date below.
- Idaho – October 19, 2015
- Oregon – November 16, 2015
- California - November 26, 2015
- Kansas – December 12, 2015
- Washington – December 23, 2015
- Montana –January 2, 2016
- Arkansas – January 13, 2016
- North Dakota –January 27, 2016
- Wisconsin – February 18, 2016.
- Minnesota – March 10, 2016
- South Dakota – March 14, 2016
- Missouri – March 20, 2016
- Nebraska – March 21, 2016
- Iowa – April 9, 2016
- Indiana – October 22, 2016
- None at this time.

The listed temperatures are indicative of a range that achieves a 7-log kill.
A. Production and expiration dates are required on product cartons.
A. Beef and beef products – PHIS will generate FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness.
B. Pork and pork products – PHIS will generate FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness.
C. Pork casings - Obtain FSIS Form 9060-7 (08/26/2011), Animal Casings Export Certificate for countries requiring Ante-mortem, Post-Mortem, and Fit for Human Food Statements.
D. Fully cooked/heat treated poultry products – PHIS will generate FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness. In addition, the statement below must be selected by the export applicant when completing the export application in PHIS. The selected statement will be added to by PHIS to FSIS Form 9060-5B, Meat, Poultry And Egg Products Export Certificate of Wholesomeness Continuation Sheet: *
“The product was heated to ___ °C for ____ seconds.”
E. Raw Poultry – PHIS will generate FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness.
All Federally inspected establishments are eligible to export to Sri Lanka
