All export applications for meat and poultry exports must be entered and processed through PHIS beginning Monday, March 6, 2023.
- Red meat and meat products and poultry meat products: PHIS will generate FSIS Form 9060-5 -- Export Certificate of Wholesomeness *
Note for the exporter: Senegal requires submission of a prior import declaration (DPI) into the online ORBUS system for imported goods with a free on board (FOB) value greater than or equal to one million West African CFA francs (XOF), or for any customized container, regardless of the FOB value. Following review of the DPI, import verification or inspection may be required for certain products. All Federally inspected establishments are eligible to export to Senegal.
