All export applications for meat and poultry exports must be entered and processed through PHIS beginning Monday, March 6, 2023. 

A. Certification Requirements 

1. FSIS Form 9060-5: Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness is required and will be generated through PHIS for the export of meat and meat products and poultry and poultry meat products. *

All USDA federally inspected plants are eligible to export to Saba.*
