- Fresh/frozen poultry and poultry products produced prior to January 1, 2017.
- Fresh/frozen poultry and poultry products from the following states are ineligible. Poultry meat and egg products that are heat-treated according to the tables below are exempt from these restrictions.
- California shipped on or after February 1, 2025
- Georgia shipped on or after January 12, 2024
- Massachusetts shipped on or after March 26, 2024
- Mississippi shipped on or after March 20, 2025*
- Puerto Rico shipped on or after January 27, 2025

All export applications for meat and poultry exports must be entered and processed through PHIS beginning Monday, March 6, 2023.

All USDA federally inspected plants are eligible to export to Kyrgyzstan. The importer is responsible for, and must be able to obtain an import permit from the Kyrgyzstan authorities.
