- Federally inspected red meat and red meat products.
- Federally inspected poultry and poultry products.
- Lard, pork ears, tails and hind feet.
- Pork hind feet must be labeled "FOR EXPORT TO HAITI ONLY".
All export applications for meat and poultry exports must be entered and processed through PHIS beginning Monday, March 6, 2023.
- Certification requirements: Meat and Poultry Products.

FSIS Form 9060-5: Export Certificate of Wholesomeness is required and will be generated through PHIS for the export of meat and poultry products to Haiti. *

Note to exporter: Haiti requires importers to obtain a valid permit prior to import. Exporters should work with importers in Haiti to ensure a valid import permit has been obtained to import into Haiti
All federally inspected meat and poultry plants are eligible to export to Haiti.
