1. Certification Requirements
   1. All exports of beef, pork, and poultry meat products must be accompanied by an FSIS Form 9060-5: Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness issued through PHIS.*
2. Special Statements
   1. Beef and beef products, Pork and pork products, and Poultry meat products: In addition to FSIS Form 9060-5: Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness, the following statement must be provided on FSIS Form 9060-5B; Meat, Poultry And Egg Products Export Certificate of Wholesomeness Continuation Sheet:*

      1. The United States is free from exotic notifiable animal diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease, African swine fever, and hog cholera. Vaccination against the above diseases is not permitted in the United States. The county from which the poultry and poultry product originated is free of virulent Newcastle disease in commercial poultry.

         NOTE: The export applicant will select the statement above via the PHIS statements module when completing the export application in PHIS. The selected statements will be added by PHIS to FSIS Form 9060-5B. *

   2. Beef and beef products: In addition to the statement in B. 1 the following additional statement must be provided on FSIS Form 9060-5B: Meat, Poultry And Egg Products Export Certificate of Wholesomeness Continuation Sheet:*

      1. The beef and beef meat products were derived from animals that were slaughtered in the United States, or were legally imported into the United States.

         NOTE: The export applicant will select the statement above via the PHIS statements module when completing the export application in PHIS. The selected statements will be added by PHIS to FSIS Form 9060-5B. *

Note: Special Permit/License - The importer must obtain an import permit issued by veterinary authorities of the Grenada Ministry of Agriculture for entry of all meat and poultry product.

All Federally inspected meat and poultry establishments are eligible to export to Grenada.
