
FSIS Guidance for a Suggested Reporting Table for the Certified Establishment List

This guidance document helps countries that export meat, poultry, or egg products to the United States. It helps these countries provide FSIS the required up-to-date list of all certified establishments used in the production of products eligible for export to the U.S. This guidance relates to 9 CFR 327.2 and 9 CFR 381.196.
