Egg Products Hazards and Controls Guide
This guideline is designed to help FSIS personnel conduct a systematic evaluation of processes used in the production of egg products. It addresses FSIS personnel in egg processing plants. This guideline relates to the final rule “Egg Products Inspection Regulations,” 9 CFR 590.510, and 9 CFR 590.570.
