FSIS Guidance for a Suggested Reporting Table for the Certified Establishment List

The guidance provides information about an optional table format for submitting an up-to-date list of certified establishments used in the production of products eligible for export to the United States. It applies to countries eligible to export meat, poultry, or egg products to the United States, as well as to countries eligible to use their own raw source materials for further processing, and tools they may use when submitting required information to FSIS. It relates to 9 CFR 327.2(a)(3).
