Regulatory Education Video Seminars
This guidance consists of various Agency regulatory videos and training resources to promote uniform understanding of regulations on food safety, including instruction on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), prevention of Listeria monocytogenes (Lm) contamination, and industry preparation for a human pandemic. It applies to agency personnel, FSIS customers, official establishments, official import establishments, and stakeholders seeking information about regulatory compliance. It relates to various regulations concerning meat and poultry safety and product labeling, including 8 CFR 416, 417, and 430.
