The guidance provides information about recommended modifications for the labeling of uncooked, breaded (both pre-browned and not pre-browned), boneless poultry products that also may be stuffed or filled, char-marked, or artificially colored. It applies to labeling applicants and actions they make take when developing labels to ensure that consumers understand such products are not precooked. It relates to 9 CFR 381.400-500 and Part 412.
