The guidance provides information about obtaining credentialed access to FSISs Public Health Information System, a data analytic tool, in order to submit a web-based Self-Reporting Tool questionnaire, the questionnaire FSIS uses to help determine whether a foreign countrys food safety system is equivalent to the system in the United States. It applies to foreign countries interested in exporting meat, poultry, or egg products to the United States and actions they may take to submit required information through FSISs web-based applications.
