The guidance provides information about the Agencys bilingual program to train Spanish-speaking processing and slaughter line employees on concepts of food safety, including cross contamination, personal hygiene, hand washing and gloves, sanitation, allergens, food defense, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point systems. It applies to official establishments and the actions they may take to train employees to meet regulatory requirements. It relates to 9 CFR Parts 314, 416, and 417.
