Information Required for Requesting Temporary Approval
The guidance provides information about obtaining temporary approval for the use of a label on a regulated meat or poultry product that has been found to be deficient. It applies to labeling applicants and actions they make take when seeking temporary approval of a deficient product label. It relates to 9 CFR 412.1(f).
