This guideline helps egg products plants prepare drawings or blueprints, supplemental information, and room specifications which are to be submitted to FSIS for approval. Plant drawings are for the purpose of establishing the area of the new official plant, plant layout, types of construction, floor drainage, location and types of equipment, air systems and description of other principal facilities at the location.
