This guidance provides information to meat, poultry and egg products establishments about selecting a commercial or private laboratory to analyze establishment microbiological samples. It applies to official establishments and especially small establishments. It relates to 9 CFR 310.25, 381.94, 416, 417, 430.4, 590.580.
