This guidance provides answers to frequently asked questions about the FSIS implementation of the 2010 final rule requiring nutrition labeling of the major cuts of single-ingredient, raw meat and poultry products on labels or at point-of- purchase, unless an exemption applies (75 FR 82148). It applies to official establishments and retail facilities. It relates to 9 CFR Part 317 and 381.
