This guidance provides information about required labeling disclosure of the presence or possible presence of allergens in meat, poultry, and egg products, providing examples of common labeling problems and product recalls. It applies to official establishments that produce multi-ingredient meat, poultry, and egg products. It relates to 9 CFR Part 417.
