The guidance provides information about the appropriate labeling of uncooked, breaded, boneless poultry products that also may be stuffed or filled, char-marked, or artificially colored, in light of outbreaks attributed to such products. It applies to official establishments and other firms that produce and label such poultry products. It relates to 9 CFR 317.2, 381 Subpart N, and 412.
