This guidance provides information enrolling in the FSIS Label Submission and Approval System (LSAS) as a Submitter and thus being able to submit labels to FSIS for evaluation and review. It apples to persons and forms that request labels review and approval from FSIS. It relates to 9 CFR Part 412.
