This guidance provides information about required sampling and microbial testing procedures to test poultry carcasses for generic E. coli and procedures to meet testing requirements. This applies to poultry slaughter establishments and the actions they may need to take to control generic E.coli. It relates to 9 CFR Part 381. 94.
