On Nov. 8, Administrator Paul Kiecker presented Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Staff Director Dexter Johnson with an Operational Excellence Recognition Coin for his actions to create more effective tracking mechanisms, motivating his team, and saving both time and resources to reduce the backlog of pending FOIA requests. FOIA allows access to almost all Federal agency records and is a critical process to provide transparency, maintain public trust and uphold our responsibility to the American people.
