Electronic Payment Options

USDA FSIS has three electronic or web-based methods for payment.

• Pay.Gov – ACH/Credit Card
• Online Bill Pay—ACH
• Credit Gateway—ACH

Referencing your FSIS customer number within the transaction is required to accurately process your payment. We request an email with payment information and your FSIS Customer number be sent to fpcdebtmgmt@usda.gov when utilizing these electronic payment options.

NOTE: For delinquent debts referred to the U.S. Department of Treasury, payments must be made to the U.S. Department of Treasury. Call 1-888-826-3127 for more information.

For billing disputes, please contact your district office.

Pay.gov

Pay.gov is a web-based payment option. Pay by ACH or by Credit Card.                

• Access the Pay.gov form for USDA FSIS
• Enter the details account information
• Payment is received the next business day
• Transaction limit is $25,000

Consult the FSIS Pay.gov guide for help filling out the form. You can also refer to the Pay.gov website for instructions on making or adjusting payments.

Online Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay conveniently processes your payment via ACH through your banking institution. This option requires you to:

• Access your bank account
• Enter required information in your online bill pay system
• Schedule the payment date(s)

Credit Gateway

Credit Gateway allows for an ACH payment to be processed with the help of your Banking institution. This option requires you:

• Contact your banking institution
• Provide account information
