Chemists, Microbiologists, Pathologists and many other others located outside of regulated meat, poultry and egg products facilities also support the FSIS mission.  These individuals collect, analyze, and report on scientific information related to meat, poultry, and egg products, to assess and report on potential human health risks throughout the farm-to-table continuum.
