File an Application for Inspection

Any person, firm, or corporation that engages in commerce as a Siluriformes fish or fish products broker, renderer, animal food manufacturer, wholesaler, or public warehouseman must register their business as required by the regulations in 9 CFR 320.5 (see 21 U.S.C. 643; 9 CFR 550.5). This list includes farmers and transporters that supply Siluriformes fish to official establishments.
Facilities Must Meet Regulatory Performance Standards
Red meat and poultry establishments that conduct operations under a Grant of Inspection from USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) must conduct operations under the Provisions of Part 416. These requirements include the following Regulations – 416.2(a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h), 416.3, 416.4, and 416.5.
Egg product establishments that conduct operations under a Grant of Inspection from USDA – FSIS, must conduct operations under the provisions of 9 CFR 590.500 thru 590.506.
