B. Poultry and poultry products
All FSIS export certificates accompanying the product must be signed by a FSIS veterinarian. The veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent) must be indicated after the signature.
1. Red Meat Products
a. Obtain FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness
b. Obtain an FSIS Letterhead Certificate for all red meat products exported to Republic of Côte d'Ivoire
2. Poultry and Poultry Products
a. Obtain FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness
A. Beef product must arrive within 1 year of the packing date.
B. Wrapping and packaging shall be carried out in such a way as to avoid contamination of the products, in a reserved room or on a sufficiently separate site. The packaging and the products likely to come into contact with the products must:

not be capable of altering the organoleptic characteristics of the preparations and products;

not be able to transmit to these products substances harmful to human health;

be of sufficient strength to ensure effective protection.
A. All federally inspected establishments are eligible to export to Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
