- Poultry and poultry products except as indicated in “Ineligible” below.
- Beef and beef products
- Pork and pork products.
- Poultry and poultry products in states other than Tennessee, on or after March 4, 2017 and prior to April 13, 2017 (unless presented with a valid import permit issued by the government of the Republic of Congo). A copy of the import permit should be presented to the FSIS inspector prior to the inspector signing the export certificate.
- Poultry and poultry products produced on or after March 4, 2017 and before May 17, 2017 from the State of Tennessee.
- Poultry and poultry products produced on or after January 18, 2019 and before December 4, 2019 from the State of Minnesota.
- For all products, French and English labels are required.
All export applications for meat and poultry exports must be entered and processed through PHIS beginning Monday, March 6, 2023.
All FSIS export certificates accompanying the product must be signed by a FSIS veterinarian. PHIS will add DVM after the digital signature. *
- Beef and Beef Products: PHIS will generate Obtain FSIS Form 9060-5 Export Certificate of Wholesomeness *
- Pork and Pork Products: PHIS will generate Obtain FSIS Form 9060-5 Export Certificate of Wholesomeness *
- Poultry and Poultry Products: PHIS will generate Obtain FSIS Form 9060-5 Export Certificate of Wholesomeness *
All Federally inspected establishments are eligible to export.
