The guidance provides information about Agency regulatory requirements for the control of food safety hazards, including Salmonella and Campylobacter.  It applies to official establishments that slaughter or produce raw poultry products and activities that they may take to control and reduce the spread of Salmonella and Campylobacter in raw poultry facilities.  It relates to 9 CFR 381.65, Part 416, and Part 417.
