"At Least Equal to" Guideline for State Meat and Poultry Inspection (MPI) Programs for Residue Testing

The guidance addresses in-establishment screening of residues in meat and poultry products for State MPI Programs and introduces the Kidney Inhibition Swab drug residue screening test.  It applies to State MPI programs and their selection and use of test kits to maintain “at least equal to” inspection program standards.  It relates to 9 CFR Part 321.
