Export Requirements for New Caledonia (Egg Products)

    1. Egg products from the following areas that have not received a heat treatment that meets or exceeds the time/temperature recommended by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) Terrestrial Animal Health Code to inactivate avian influenza:
      • Alabama - Egg products which were derived from eggs that were laid, passed through, or were processed within:
        • The ineligible zone shown on the attached map (10 km radius, parts of Lauderdale County on or after March 10, 2017 and before June 20, 2017.
        • The ineligible zone shown on the attached map (10 km radius, parts of Pickens County on or after March 16, 2017and before July 12, 2017 .
        • The ineligible zone shown on the attached map (10 km radius, parts of Cullman County on or after March 21, 2017 and before July 18, 2017.
      • Georgia - Egg products which were derived from eggs that were laid, passed through, or were processed within:
        • The ineligible zone shown on the attached map (10 km radius, parts of Chattooga County on or after March 25, 2017 and before July 20, 2017.*
      • Kentucky - Egg products which were derived from eggs that were laid, passed through, or were processed within:
        • The ineligible zone shown on the attached map (10 km radius, parts of Christian County on or after March 17.
      • Oregon - Egg products which were derived from eggs that were laid, passed through, or were processed within the State of Oregon on or after December 19, 2014 but before May 20, 2015 are ineligible for export.
      • Tennessee:  Egg products which were derived from eggs that were laid, passed through, or were processed within:
        • Lincoln County on or after March 4, 2017.
        • The ineligible zone shown on the attached map (10 km radius, parts of Giles County on or after March 8, 2017 and before July 2, 2017.
      • Wisconsin - Egg products which were derived from eggs that were laid, passed through, or were processed within:
        • The ineligible zone shown on the attached map (10 km radius, parts of Barron County on or after March 4, 2017.


Documentation Requirements

  1. The attached FSIS Letterhead Certificate, along with FSIS Form 9060-5EP, must accompany egg products exported to New Caledonia.
