Food Safety for the Delivery of Groceries and Prepared Meals
When delivering and receiving groceries or prepared meals it is important to keep food safety in mind. Perishable foods should not be left out of refrigeration for more than 2 hours, 1 hour if temperatures are above 90 ˚F. Hot foods should remain hot during transportation and cold foods should remain cold.
