WASHINGTON, May 16, 2014 – Transatlantic Foods, Inc., a New York company, is recalling approximately 222,000 pounds of pork and poultry products that did not receive the full benefit of inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
