Coordinating Committee for Latin America & the Caribbean
The Coordinating Committee is responsible for defining problems and needs concerning food standards and food control of all Codex member countries of the region. Host government rotates among the committee members.
Mexico will host the FAO/WHO Coordinating Committee for Latin America and the Caribbean tentatively scheduled for November 10-13, 2008 in Mexico City, Mexico.
