Codex Committee on Meat Hygiene

The Committee on Meat Hygiene elaborates worldwide standards and/or codes of practices as may seem appropriate for meat hygiene. The Committee is adjourned sine die.

Meat Hygiene codes of practice adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission are located in Volume 10 of the Codex Alimentarius, Meat and Meat Products; Soups and Broths.
