Codex Committee on Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

The Codex Committee on Fresh Fruits and Vegetables is responsible for elaborating worldwide standards and codes of practice as may be appropriate for fresh fruits and vegetables; and for consulting, as necessary, with other international organizations in the standards development process to avoid duplication.
The Committee held its 19th Session in Ixtapa, Mexico, from October 5-9, 2015. The U.S. Delegate’s Report of that Session is available.
