Codex Committee on Cereals, Pulses and Legumes

The Codex Committee on Cereals, Pulses and Legumes was responsible for setting standards and/or codes of practice for cereals, pulses, legumes and their products. They completed their work and adjourned sine die. The committee may be called to meet again if required.
General principles, codes, and guidelines for hygiene adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission are located in Volume 1B of the Codex Alimentarius, General Requirements (Food Hygiene).
Cereal, Pulse, and Legume standards adopted by the Codex Alimentarius are located in Volume 7 of the Codex Alimentarius, Cereals, Pulses (Legumes) and Derived Products and Vegetable Proteins.
