Belgium Initial Equivalence Status

Status of Document Review:

On April 1, 2008, FSIS sent an initial equivalence package to the country.

FSIS Follow-up to Country:

On July 29, 2010, FSIS sent a letter of intent to Belgium asking whether the country wished to pursue their initial equivalence request.
In 2011, Belgium informed FSIS that their country wished to discontinue their initial equivalence request for poultry; therefore, this file has been officially closed.
