    1. Eggs laid in or egg products produced in Kings County, New York on or after February 22, 2013, are eligible for export.
    2. Eggs laid in or egg products produced in Scott County, Arkansas on or after October 24, 2013, are eligible for export.
    3. Eggs laid in or egg products produced in Salem County, New Jersey on or after January 6, 2015 are eligible for export.
    4. Eggs laid in or egg products produced in Stansilaus County, California after  October 10, 2014  and before December 31, 2014 are eligible for export.
    5. Eggs laid in or egg products produced in Douglas County, Oregon on or after April 15, 2015.
  2. Ineligible
    1. Egg laid in or eggs produced or shipped from the areas below on the respective dates:

        • Boone County, Arkansas on or after February 10, 2015.

Documentation Requirements

All FSIS export certificates accompanying the product must be signed by a FSIS veterinarian. The veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent) must be indicated after the signature.

  2. Obtain FSIS Form PY-200.
