Export Requirements for Singapore (Egg Products)

Eligible/Ineligible Products

  1. Eligible Products
    1. Egg products (except as restricted in the INELIGIBLE section below).
  2. Ineligible Products
    1. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed within Dubois County, Indiana on or after January 15, 2016 but prior to May 5, 2016 are ineligible unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters listed below.*
    2. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed within Salem County, New Jersey on or after September 01, 2014  but prior to December 23, 2014; or within the zone show on the attached maps in New Jersey on or after July 11, 2016 but prior to November 2, 2016 are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*
    3. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed within the State(s) of Iowa or South Dakota before December 29, 2015 are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*
    4. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed the State(s) of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Kansas, California, or Arkansas before August 6, 2015, are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*
    5. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed State of Wisconsin before September 23, 2015 are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*
    6. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed the State of North Dakota before October 9, 2015 are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*
    7. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed the States of Minnesota or Nebraska before November 6, 2015 are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*
    8. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed State of Missouri before September 23, 2015; or within the zone shown on the attached map in Missouri on or after May 5, 2016 but prior to August 23, 2016 are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*
    9. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed within the zones shown on the attached maps in New York on or after July 11, 2016 but prior to November 2, 2016 are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*
    10. Egg products derived from eggs that originate from or are processed within the zones shown on the attached maps in Pennsylvania on or after July 11, 2016 but prior to November 2, 2016 are ineligible for export unless heat processed in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.*


Heat Processing Parameters*

For pasteurized egg products from zones affected with Avian Influenza virus, the processing parameters outlined in the OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code Article for the inactivation of Avian Influenza (Article 10.4.25) must be met as shown below.

Documentation Requirements

See required documentation for all countries found in the Requirements for Processed Egg Products section of the FSIS website.

  1. The following statements must be typed on FSIS Form 9060-5EP or provided on an FSIS letterhead certificate:
    1. This product was processed under USDA supervision in an official establishment.
    2. The products have been handled and packed in a hygienic manner.
    3. This product is fit for human consumption.
    4. No additive and/or coloring matters injurious to health are added.
    5. This product has been pasteurized at __ °C for _____ minutes, in a process that destroys micro-organisms, including Salmonella.
  1. Documents must be signed by an FSIS veterinarian.


Plants Eligible to Export

The attached list of Federally inspected egg processing plants are eligible to export to Singapore.
