- Fresh/Frozen pork from the States of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, California, and Kansas from swine slaughtered on or after April 21, 2009, and prior to February 5, 2010 is ineligible. Heat-treated (not less than 80° Celsius for not less than 30 minutes) is eligible.*
