Eligible/Ineligible Products

1. Eligible Products
   1. Meat and meat products. (Note: Effective May 28, 2013, an EV program is no longer required for beef and beef products including canned beef products). *
   2. Protein-free beef tallow.
   3. Poultry and poultry products.
2. Ineligible Products
   1. Raw poultry imported from Canada.

Documentation Requirements

1. Certification Requirements
   1. Obtain FSIS form 9060-5 - Export Certificate of Wholesomeness.
   2. Protein-free beef tallow. The following certification statement must be included in the "Remarks" section of FSIS Form 9060-5 for protein-free tallow.
      
      "The maximum content of insoluble impurities of the tallow does not exceed 0.15 percent of its weight."
   3. Signatures on all required forms and supplementary statements must be by an FSIS veterinarian (name, degree [DVM or equivalent] must be typed or printed after the signature).

Plants Eligible to Export

All federally inspected establishments are eligible to export to Panama. *
