Export Requirements for Norway
NO-4 (Nov 22, 2002)
- Meat and poultry and meat and poultry products intended for export to Norway must meet the requirements of the European Union (EU) and must be produced in EU approved establishments
- Product for personal consumption - Red meat and red meat products weighing up to 3 kg (5.2 lb) that are intended for personal consumption are permitted entry into Norway without export documentation.
Plants Eligible to Export
Meat and poultry establishments must be approved for export to the European Union to be eligible to export to Norway.
